About Kayleigh
I am a content writer and NCTJ-trained journalist based in Brighton. I have spent more than a decade writing for B2B software companies, most of them in learning technology.
I studied linguistics at University College London, which is where the fascination with how people and brands sound began. Since then I have written and introduced tone-of-voice guidelines for an international software company, ghostwritten for executives, and run a lifestyle blog that ended up on the BBC.
Colleagues tend to mention two things: that I am easy to work with, and that I am funny. I will take both.
Before all this I founded Hello Hygge, a blog about the Danish idea of cosiness.
